1) Receipt for painting and furnishing work carried out in July 1873 totalling £9 10s, for various colours of paint, 5 pints of varnish, 11 squares of glass, graining colour, a new leather bucket, and a day's wages for the workmen.
2) Receipt received and paid by J. Hooper for works carried out by G.M. Bradbury totalling £4 10s 6d, for papering the bedroom and dining room at Graveley, and buying the wallpaper and varnishing paper.
3) John Hooper to George Richardson. Receipt for set of 1 1/2 molded and paneled door jambs with 2 double-molded mortis and butts; fixing new groinds and architraved windows; fixing new lintel and new window, totalling £6 5s. Signed by George Richardson.
