Paid to Coe and Company for work done on the Masters Lodge, Courts, Hall, Buttery, Clock, Kitchen, Combination Room and Stalls. Work includes -
Hall: Lay and poker, cleaned stove, hooks and 4 foot chain, fixed lamps, and work on top of door.
Buttery: Bar for door.
Stalls: Hooks and nails.
Clock: Wheel to hand part of clock, one year attending (oiling).
Courts: Righting 2 eyes and 2 clasps for the gate by the back, 2 square nails for door by masters court, lengthened clasp, hook 2 loops to hold door back, candlestick for chapel, 3 spoke dispensers, cleaned in chapel, new eye to axe, sharpened stone axe, lock to new gate.
Combination Room: fixing lamp, cleaned fire place.
Kitchen: Holdfasts copper door, set bars for oven, bars by bricks, three bars for stewing stoves, hot plate, taking down smoke jack, oiling smoke jack, back plate under the oven, taking down stove in the larder, 2 new chains to jack, lock to larder, sharpened 3 spits, 2 new wheels to spits, 2 men taking stove to larder.
