2 receipt from Walter Flack, Plumber, Glazier, and Painter, based at 25 St Andrew's Street, both received on the same date, for work carried out in college. Work includes knotting, priming and painting casements in L7, C12, and B2, priming door and twice painting the Young Men's WCs; painting iron white three times in the Porters Lodge; cleaning down and painting three times the large gates next to the Grove. Total cost £2 19s 6d. Second receipt is for work done to stables, costing £2 19s 6d. Both signed by Charles Flack on behalf of Walter.
