Work includes knotting, priming and painting casements in L7, C12, and B2, priming door and twice painting the Young Men's WCs; painting iron white three times in the Porters Lodge; cleaning down and painting three times the large gates next to the Grove. Total cost £2 19s 6d. Second receipt is for work done to stables, costing £2 19s 6d. Both signed by Charles Flack on behalf of Walter.
