Letter from John Driver declaring that he will remove the privy he built on Jesus College land adjoining that of his own situated on King Street and Manor Street that is now also leased to him. Also to erect a brick wall 6ft high between any said freehold and leasehold premises when required by the bursar of Jesus College. Witnessed by William Quinsee.

Written on back of pre printed letter saying "Sir, I beg to inform you that your PLANWS for the FITZWILLIAM MUSEUM have been duly received. I am Sir, your obedient servant, Vice-Chancellor. Jesus Lodge, Cambridge, April 14 1835."
