Thomas Scott is Chaplain of Bromley College (for clergy widows). He's certifying that it has pleased God that "my widows, Rustat Pensioners, should live to see another Lady day". Charlotte Sanderson, E Collett and Grace Murgatroyd have signed statements He writes about Catherine Marsh, widow of Rev Marsh. Mrs Marsh is partly paralyzed and can't sign.
