Includes cost of surveying Large House and premises on Jesus Lane, and cottage behind leased by Mr. Hamader[?], and valuing same at £249 6s; surveying and valuing property on Clement Lane (now Portugal Place) leased to Mr Lawrence; surveying property abutting Jesus College Close occupied by Mr Death, who has created stables on the land and is about to meet other others' estimating amount of renewal fine; and for valuing Building Ground abutting the East Road, Barnwell occupied by leaseholder Mr Moden. Total cost of work £12 10s 6d, dated 31st March 1865 and signed by Wentworth and Sons.
