A bill for glazier's work, divided into sections, includes: labour costs (various sums); new lead for the masons (11s 4 1/2d); solder for the leads (£1 5s 5d); new lead for the gutters in the cloisters (£2 18s 4d); money received for old lead; 7 foot of old glass and lead for the library staircase (2s 11d); leading 8 foot of old glass in the empty rooms next to the first court (3s 4d); repairing 3 foot of old glass (6d); 1 square of crown glass in 'Vades' staircase (1s 3d); new lead for the pipes in cloister (15s 8d); 9 foot of old glass and new lead for the Hall (2s 3d); 8 foot of new crown square glass for the 'buttris' (11s 8d); putty for 2 casements (6d); crown glass for the staircase lamps (2s); crown glass for the porters' lamp (7d); 12 quares of glass for the kitchen (1s 3d).
