  1. The Gas Company received of the master and fellows of Jesus College: 1s 6d for repairing lamp tube and greasing taps; 3s for burners to lamp; 1s 3d a broach. Paid 15 August 1854.
  2. The Gas Company received of the master and fellows of Jesus College: £17 10s for rental of gas from Dec 1853 to March 1854; £7 10s for gas from March to June 1854. Cost excludes gas used for buttery and kitchen on a separate meter. Total cost £23 10s received of Rev Dr Corrie 15 Aug 1854.
