One leaf of paper folded in half and written on the first three sides. Third side has watermark insignia of woman with shield and waves (Britannia). First sheet of paper Dividends on Stock less Income tax has four lines through it crossing it out, as well as a scribble over a note about payments having not been received. First page has a total of £1200 15s 0d from dividends minus £40 of Income Tax, and notes dividends, including those from Great Eastern, Sir William May, Great Shelford, Knapp, Great Northern, Gray, Barnwell.
The second page contains the Hundon Account 1879, including the Deeks and Hudds rent, and the Net tithe Rent Charge which has been subtracted from the dividend to give £901 9s 2d. The rest of the page has a breakdown of various rent and land charges associated with the properties and their upkeep.
Third page has the Proby fund Account of 1879 noting the Deeks and Hudds Land Rax, the rent of of various places and the money due to the master.
