As arranged in the envelope, the first item is numbered 6, and includes the tithes for landowners David Potter (contd); Robert Potter; John Price; Elizabeth Ruce; Abraham Savage; George Savage; Josiah Savage; Joseph Smith; James Sparks; Rev. W Lyer; Francis Terrett; and occupiers David Potter (contd); Roberts; Walter Price; Elizabeth Ruce; Abraham Savage; George Savage; Josiah Savage; George Smith; Jud Goodchild; W Lyer; and Charles Deeks.
The second item is numbered 5, and includes the tithes for landowners Jesus College (contd); Richard Webb; John Mansfield; and David Potter; and occupiers Robert French Cuthbert; Robert Shepherd and Morris Bird; Reverend R Stoddart; George Lavage; John Mansfield; and David Potter.

The twelfth and final item is the envelope the documents are in, which is addressed to Mr Reverend F Cuthbert of Hundon. There is other writing on it in red but it has been torn and cannot be read except for the words 'list' and '1862'.
