  1. Instructions to Counsel about a draft lease and the proposal from Gray and Rowe concerning the use of material excavated on the land being used in building work required under a covenant to the lease, 26th June 1860

  2. Instructions to Counsel to settle a Deed of Assurance allowing Gray to pay Rowe £200 and to release Rowe from his interest in the lease. Notes regarding a messuage erected by Gray which is intended to be used as a inn, 31st March 1865
