(2) Note from Dr Corrie to Mr Francis (solicitors) asking him to date Mr Adams' lease Michaelmas 1854

(3) Plan of the estate in Jesus Lane included in the lease to Mr William Adams, 1854. Shows 4 newly erected houses (Nos. 19-22) and the buildings behind - malting and steeping place; malting; kiln; kiln hole; warehouse now used as a carpenter's shop.
