Paid £2 8s 6d to Thomas Coe for smith's work in the college, including: nails, scythes, mending the pumprod, a key and mending the lock of the chapel cloakroom, an iron handle and fixing for the garden, line and fixing and attaching a pulley to the garden gate, hooks, attaching a lock and key to library door, wall hooks, polishing the parlor stove, tongs and pokers, cleaning and polishing the hall stove, a key and mending and fixing the lock on the Bogos old door.
