Sir, I was glad to hear you approved of the mustard tankard and agreeable to your being as under is the account which I was sorry to find was omitted to be enclosed in the box. I am, Sir, (in Mr Morrison's absence), your obliged obedient very humble servant, J. Thaine. No. 15 Cheapside, 7th July 1783.
Bought of Richard Morrison:
A plain mustard tankard and ladle; three glasses for the same and box to pack, £2 15s 6d.
Received in full and all demands for [...] bill.
