A certificate stating that Lucy Cradock, the widow of Rev. William Cradock, had formerly lived in Rickinghall, Suffolk, but was then living in Stowmarket with the curate Abraham Wallett. The certificate states that she 'is a Person of sober & virtuous Life and conversation'. The document is signed by Lucy Cradock, Abraham Wallett (curate of Stowmarket), William Mills and Charles Turner (both churchwardens).
