Letter from Hugh Shield (Bursar) offering a new lease of Nos. 41-44 Park Street. He apologises as the properties were held under a 40 year lease dated 29th September 1876 and so came up for renewal after the customary 14 years in 1890 [no addressee is given]
Letter from Mr Smith to Francis and Francis questioning one new clause in the lease which prevents there being any windows overlooking Jesus Closes [the letter does not mention to which houses the new lease refers but it is addressed from 7a Park Road, Regents Park London, which as the address on the letters in JCAD/3/CAM/PARK/GEN/3/6 which related to Nos. 41-44]
