Letter from Mr Albert Harding to Messrs Francis, Francis and Collin written on behalf of his wife who was ill. He forwards to them a letter from the Bursar setting out the terms for a fresh lease. He asks that they make sure a right of way is given in the lease to the back of the premises through the yard by the side of No. 18 [letter is dated 1st August 1900]
