Note referring to the making and marking of 24 Pensioner cloths as mentioned in the above receipt, and repairing the old Pensioner Cloths. Headed with A. Westmorland Esq. Dated 14th October 1864, mention that the bill was paid 28th November 1864 and signed by J. Batchelor.
