Receipt for plumbing and other work to the college. Work to the college chapel: re-leading one window light, including adding 27 glass quarries and fixing in the light. Refixing and unstopping rainwater pipe in South Transept; unstopping rainwater pipe next to the Close. Fixing and puttying the window light. To the chapel tower: setting up lead work for masons to the parapet and making good again; making three small lead lights to go over tower doors; work to apron under and flashing over clock.

Work to the Hall, Combination Room and Buttery: repairing the window in the Buttery cellar with 4 glass quarries; cleaning windows in the Combination Room and Hall.

Work to the College Kitchens: fixing patent ventilators with pulleys, cords and screws, re-leading and puttying two window lights over the ventilator door. Regrinding and regulating ball tap; one square of glass in the Larder and one in the kitchen; new valve to ball tap over stoves; cleaning all windows; one square of sheet glass in ventilator.

Work to the courts and buildings: cleaning out all the gutters; one sidepane to the court gas lamp. One front and three top panes of glass to E. staircase lamp and repairing tinwork. Mending rain waterpipe next to Master's garden. Two squares of glass to Shoe Place; unstopping and correcting Fellows' and Servants' water closets. One square of glass to Lecture Room C; cleaning windows in Lecture Room next to Hall. Correcting apparatus in Servants' water closet; thawing pump and closets and correcting mass chain to Fellow's water closets. One square of glass to E. landing. Thawing a number of pipes over the winter. Cleaning windows in School Room. Cleaning snow out of gutters. Cleaning windows in Lecture Room D. Work to water closets after frost: fixing two new white basins; fixing roof with lead; two new valve leathers; thawing closets. One square of glass to School Room, Servant's Hall, Library and Lecture Room D. New joint to tin work, two side panes and one bottom pane to the Gate gas lamp. Glass for the staircase lamps. Work to Fellows and Servants water closets, including new vales and balls. New square of glass for the Lecture Hall. More work to water closets after frost damage.
