Paid £3 9 1/2d for work done by James Ivers, signed by Thomas Smith. Includes: in the chapel clerk, Neesom's, rooms (painting the wainscotting, the chimney piece and oak casements in the great room, dooor and dooor case window board and skirting board in the little room), painting a door in the master's lodge a chocolate color, in Kookby's room (painting a nw pair of sashes and frames and new gold work), in the master's garden (cleaning, painting, and puttying doors), painting the bedroom over the master's study a light color, whited the ceiling and blacked the chimney and painted the chimneypiece, whitening the long closets, painting and putteying shutters chimney and chimneypiece in the parlor next to the garden, painting a step ladder and providing white lead and joiners for it.
