- Washing and whitewashing ceilings and cornices to sitting rooms in M1-6, L7, O1, O3, Sutton's rooms, Edmund's rooms, Rosegood's rooms, R1.
- Washing and whitening ceiling, washing and colouring walls in F Staircase twice, including sitting room, gyp, lobby, and chimney piece, then stopping with plaster, cleaning down and painting twice. Work carried out over 3 days.
- Painting new door panel in B Staircase room 3.
- Washing and whitewashing bedroom ceilings in B and C Staircase.
- Painting new door and doorframe for lecture rooms.
- Washing and whitening ceilings to sitting rooms in E2, F3, L3, L5,
- Washing and whitening gyp room ceiling in F staircase, and cleaning down and painting work twice.
- Scraping, cleaning, painting, graining, and varnishing work, cleaning and varnishing mahogany cupboard, repainting chimney piece, in L5,
- Washing and whitening ceiling and cornice in Dr Westmorland's rooms, including sitting room, gyp room, dressing room, bedroom, study, and closet; staining and varnishing work; washing and whitening ceiling to passage; washing and distempering wall with Portland cement; cleaning and varnishing work to entrance door of lobby; washing and whitening ceiling to coal-place.
