Correspondents are: Baldwin-Wallace College (Ohio) inviting Bronowski to give a lecture at the College, with a reply accepting in principle and suggesting 'The Imagination in Science' as the subject for his lecture (1962-1963); Bank Street College of Education (New York) inviting Bronowski to give the keynote address at a conference on Environment and Children (1971); Boston University (Massachusetts) inviting Bronowski to be a panellist in a symposium jointly sponsored by National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and the University on 'Life Beyond Earth and the Mind of Man' which would be filmed and made into an educational film by NASA (1972); Bowdoin College (Maine) inviting Bronowski to lecture at the Senior Centre of the College (1966); Mrs Norman Cohen asking Bronowski to help raise funds for the Brandeis University Library (Massachusetts); Professor Leonard Levy and Professor Eugene Black of the Department of History at Brandeis University (acting as editors) inviting Bronowski to write a volume on Modern Science for a series on 'Comparative Historical Dimensions', and edit a volume of primary sources for publication in the Harper Documentary History of Western Civilisation series; and The University of British Columbia inviting Bronowski to give a lecture in the Botany department (1974-75), to be a guest lecturer for a series of public lectures relating humanities to life sciences (1971), and to take part in a series of events on "Man's Potential: Vision Unlimited" to celebrate Canada's 100th year and the department of University Extension's 30th year (1967).
