Letter from Terence Volk, in typescript, single page, dated 12 May 1979, congratulating IS on his re-election with an increased majority. The rest of the letter deals with preparations for the Philip Grierson Festschrift, covering revisions of the draft translation of [Françoise] Dumas's text, Philip's comments and suggestions on [Ernesto] Bernareggi's contribution, and the absence of any revisions or comments from [Jean] Lafaurie. Terry Volk also asks whether they are expecting anything from [Stewart] Lyon, also noting that he has received a copy of [Marion] Archibald's paper but adding that [John] Kent will not be offering a contribution, and he says that he be in touch with [Michael] Hendy about the article that he promised.
