Letter from John Frederick Wythe to William French, 10th September 1836. Written from Essex Street, Strand, London. Asks his uncle of a favour as he has a view of a trade which would have a good return if entered into immediately. He and a friend want to buy an equal share in a vessel to trade on the Eastern Coast of Africa for two or three years.
