Has completed the removal of Mr. Collins' lease and paid into the College's account with Hoare's bank £122 13s for Mr. Collins' fine, interest, sealing fees, sealing fees for Kinglets executors and Gurney's executors. Has written to Mr. Parish, Mr Kynerston's solicitor that the College would no like Janes' legacy assuming it can be arranged without being referred to a court of equity. Intends to ascertain all charges against the legacy including his on so that wit can be transferred to the College. Pemberton and Maynard have a claim for business done.
