Letter from H. A. Woodham to William French, written from Jesus College. Ask the Master to recall that he had asked about transferring some of the old glass from the Library to Ely Cathedral to be inserted into Alcock's Chapel. The Dean at Ely has now asked if they can have it. There were three boxes of it in the Library, but the College might want to use some itself so he suggests giving the Cathedral just one box. Asks after the Master's health. Would like permission to ask Turner to attend on his chimney. Also part of the Library roof needs work. Mr Dickes' health is much unchanged.
