Scope and content

Letter from Benjamin Wyatt to Caldwell. Addressed to Foley Place, Saturday.
Returning Mr Hustlers letter, and is happy to say that he has nearly got through what Mr Hustler wished him to do. He reports that he has never had so difficult and disagreeable a task as of this nature, as the examination of the Bellasconi question. He had been at it for a month before he received the letter, and had also, before he heard from him, appointed Bernasconi to attend him on the subject of this morning. He had a discussion for between 2 and 3 hours this morning with him. His report to Mr Hustler will only wait until he has afforded Bernasconi a reasonable time to examine every view of the case as explained to me by him this morning.
