Letter:
From William Cowell to Rev. Dr. French. Details an application to W. Paynder for a site for the parsonage at Horne. Relates that he is sorry to say the application was made without success. It appears that he has been advised to let things remain as they are for the present. Thanks the College for their business and for their donation of £5 to the school.
