Prioress Margaret Clavile and the nuns to John Kelesseye and his wife Avisia, the same plot as described in 250a. Term: their lives in survivorship and 5 years afterwards; rent: 10s. Covenants: Lessees to maintain and repair the existing buildings, viz. a good hall on the north side, with a solar above it extending the whole length of the tenement to the church yard, and under the solar 3 cellars, also a kitchen above the solar on the south side of the tenement. Lessees also to build a new house of oak on the north west side of the existing tenement. Witnesses: John Cotton, mayor of Cambridge, Stephen Morice, Bartholomew Chaundeler, John Brigham, John Barbour et aliis.
