Three receipts for the payment of the rate levied as part of the Cambridge Improvement Acts. Received in the parish of Holy Trinity and addressed to R. Rowe Sr. Two receipts for 6 shillings, for two quarterly payments dated 26th January and 20th November 1863, and one receipt for 3 shillings, for one quarter's payment, dated 6th July 1863. All annotated with 'Palmer and others' or 'Palmer etc', presumably tenants. All signed by Thomas Creeke, the collector.
