Receipt for the payment of £10 10s from Jesus College to R. Harwood, land agent to the college, for making a valuation and plan of properties in lease to George Cockle on the Willingham Estate. In February, includes payment for travel to Willingham; making a copy plan and schedule from the Inclosure award of the College Property, including the Hoop Public House, entered in the Inclosure Schedule as George Cockle's freehold. Also for making a survey of the land in Cadwin Fields, containing 24 acre and 2 rods, the allotment of G. Tebbutt and E. Williams, made in sight of the Common to the Hoop Public House, in occupation of E. Linge. In March, payment for railway fare and inn; making a fair copy plan on the tracing cloth of the total estate (276 acres 1 rod); meeting Mr G. Cockle to explain that E. Linge's occupation being entered as his freehold on the schedule when he stated it to be an error; for valuing the estate in lease to Mr. Cockle and E. Linge, and the tenancy of G. Tebbutt and E. Williams. Dated 26th November 1864 and signed by R. Harwood.
