Three invoices stating a sum is due to Coulson & Son for works done. Totals were £73 17s, £6 14s 6d, and £58 17s respectively (from earliest to latest).

Letter attached to invoice by brass pin. "We have no inspected the works of repair carried out by Hunt. we find these quite satisfactory and enclose Certificate for the amount of his account." Work totaling £38 7s 6d was done at Steeple Morden. Fleck's Lane Farm.

Item regards the 2nd installment, £650, is due by the college for works at Jesus Lane (erection of new garage, etc.).

Letter by J. Carter & Sons addressed to B.L. Manning, Esq, Bursar of Jesus College outlining the works carried out at the Rectory Farm, Great Shelford (pulling down old building, building new horse shed, stripping and repairing the present Carthorse stable) and requesting payment of £661 10s including £500 to contractor Mr. SIdney Worboys of Stapleford. Reference to dropping iron prices

Second sheet contains an invoice for estimate dated March 16th 1926, for supplying 2 1/2"/ 3 1/2" broken Slag for above; spreading same about 3 1/2" thick; picking up 98. Super yards and supplying sand for grouting and also steam rolling same costing £28 10s 0d. Extra costs for spreading and picking up, loamy stones and steam rolling at entrance to court and next to coal shook, to raise level costing £3 8s 6d. Total cost £31 18s 6d. The first sheet contains a receipt for the above.

(1) 29 December 1933 from J. Carter Jonas & Sons to the Bursar advising him to accept the offer of £29 against the original claim of £31 17s. 6d. for dilapidations and stating that Mrs Haddock was living in the property with no formal agreement and asking if they should contact her and re let on the usual College terms.

(2) 10 January 1935 – from the Bursar to H. M. Inspector of Taxes confirming that on the expiry of the lease on No. 9 at Ladyday 1934 the property was let to Mr W. E. Haddock.

Report and valuation for Rattee and Kett's Carving and Building Works, situated on the corner of Hills Road and Station Road. Includes a plan.
