Invoice addressed to the Reverend Master & Fellows of Jesus College, to Thomas Prince, gas filler, noting work done from 21st September 1829 until 27th December 1832.

Includes repairing gas pipes, grinding up the cocks, repairing the gas lights in Cloister Court, thawing the condensation loose in gas pipe in courts, repairing a broken join next to main cock in porter's lodge, taking water out of lamp in New Court, searching for an escape of gas and repairing, and two men opening ground for lamp in New Court to find out the place where the water is in pipe, cutting pipe in two, letting water and connecting pipe again. Total of £6 16s.

Second page of bill for ironwork from Jesus College to Shallow and Coleman. Continued Courts ironwork, including cutting 2 steps out of stone lead fixing, screw bolt and fixing the (?) gate, cutting bars out of windows, new ends of bars for windows etc. Total of £6 11s 3d.

Combination Room ironwork from April 13th until 7th Ocotober 1833 includes cleaned and repairing lamp and jagged cotton(?) holders, new bench for the stove, cleaned bar to the stove, bleached stove, cleaned irons and sender(?). Total of 11s.

Hall ironwork on 21st November 1832 and 13th April 1833, cleaned stove and cleaned lamp. Total of 4s.

Clock ironwork on 2nd February 1833, mended spindle to minute hand, mended wire to sticking(?), one year winding. Total of £4 19s 6d (winding is £4 19s 6d).

Work on the Master's Lodge between 5 November 1832 and 22 October 1833 - Incldes installation of crown glass in the pantry, the hall, doors and windows, repairing water closet, new bucket & leathers to water closet pump, sheet lead for sink, crown glass, new bucket box and leathers to pump, repairing the pump. Total of £4 5s.

In additional hand noted "deduct for Salamander", signed M. Willis. Total of £6 8s 2d.

Overall calcuations for all ironwork around the college comes to £19 4s 5d.

Chapel work on 19th April and 12th June 1833 - includes milled lead to east window, 1 1/2 day work, 3 sq crown glass, 10 small sq at 2 1/2. Total of £1 7s 11d.

The Hall and Combination work on 23 February, 4 April, 7 June, 26 September 1833 - includes cleaning windows of combination room, 3 ft of glass repaired, cleaning windows in the hall, 2 sq crown glass. Total of £1 8s 6d.

Kitchen work on 5 & 26 September 1833 - includes 2 sq of crown glass and cleaning the windows. Total of 9s.

The Courts and Rooms work from 25 November 1832 to 4 September 1833 - includes installation of crown glass on staircases and lamps, solder and work repairing pipes, installation of common glass in the stables, crown glass in the porter's lodge, repairing stable yard pump, installation of glass new leaded at the Rev Mr Graham's rooms.
