Note stating that they have sent the engrossments of 9 leases and will be handling the remaining leases of Mr. Hodgson and Mr. Turner tomorrow. Made change of 3.3.0 for the Park Street leases because in 1831 the lesees paid the full changes but since the properties are small the deduction was made by the company. The original lease to Turner was for six houses, four of which he sold to Mr. Law, and this was handled at the office of Harris and Sumptey. This is mentioned because Turner will not be able to give up his old lease upon signing the new one.
