1859 Feb 5: Peters property tax, land tax.
April 1: Reward for new iron windows. In place of old wood ones, decayed in stable.
April 5th: Paid bricklayers for underpinning chaff house. Bricks on shed, and tiling to barn stables, chaff house, and cow house. 14 days.
April 20th: 30 Bushels lime and hair (mortar), 100 new tiles.
May 2nd: Paid tiler for new tile chimney - old one blown down.
May 24th: Check on loft Barn.
