April 1: Reward for new iron windows. In place of old wood ones, decayed in stable.
April 5th: Paid bricklayers for underpinning chaff house. Bricks on shed, and tiling to barn stables, chaff house, and cow house. 14 days.
April 20th: 30 Bushels lime and hair (mortar), 100 new tiles.
May 2nd: Paid tiler for new tile chimney - old one blown down.
May 24th: Check on loft Barn.

Memorandum as to settlement with Jesus College regarding Henry Haggis, deceased. £200 to be given as donation by the master and fellows to the widow. £123 16s 4d deducted for one year's rent due Michaelmas last to Jesus College, minus property and land tax. Balance to be received by Mrs Haggis: £76 3s 8d. Subsequent note, presumably by Mrs Haggis, noting receipt of £76 3s 8d from Rev G Corrie.

Five income tax receipts, for the tax years 1861 and 1862, for Mr Seymour of All Saints parish, dated 23 April 1862 (16s 1/2d); 18 July 1862 (16s 1/2d); 21 October 1862 (£1 12s 1/2d) and two for 7 March 1862 (£1 2s 3d and 4s 6d). The first three are signed by R Peters and the final two are signed by H Fuller.
The final item is a note adding up the above charges.
