May 2nd: Paid tiler for new tile chimney - old one blown down.
May 24th: Check on loft Barn.

On the reverse of the sheet is a list of names, presumably tenants.

Five income tax receipts, for the tax years 1861 and 1862, for Mr Seymour of All Saints parish, dated 23 April 1862 (16s 1/2d); 18 July 1862 (16s 1/2d); 21 October 1862 (£1 12s 1/2d) and two for 7 March 1862 (£1 2s 3d and 4s 6d). The first three are signed by R Peters and the final two are signed by H Fuller.
The final item is a note adding up the above charges.

One receipt for £3 18s 9d, for two quarters' duty for the tax year 1863-4, and dated 3rd November 1863. Two receipts for £1 19s 5d, each for one quarter's duty in the tax year 1863-4, and dated 23rd July 1864 and the second one undated. All signed by R. Peters, the collector. On the reverse of two receipts, is a list of names, the same on both sheets.
