First bill addressed to the Rev, the Master and Fellows of Jesus College from Geoffrey Bradwell. Total payment of £7 9d. Includes payment for: work to the sitting room and creating a new window with architrave mouldings in Mr Sarkine's [?] room; fixing sill to door, creating a cupboard and fixing shelves in room 1, staircase A; repairing window in room 6, staircase F; repairing the entrance door in room 11, staircase E; enclosing shelves to form a cupboard in the gyp room and other jobs in room 1, staircase B; repairing floors in room 2, staircase H and same in room 2, staircase J; fix new door in gyp room in room 5, staircase E. Also includes payment for deal, mouldings, nails, butts, buttons, knobs, bolt and screws Dated 28th November and signed by D. Bradwell and son for Geoffrey Bradwell.
Second bill from D. Bradwell and son for maintenance work also. Total payment of £6 6s. Includes payment for: replacing the old stove in Mr Cooper's room; clearing the stoppage and adding chimney pots to Mr Platts' chimney; plastering the gothic heads on windows; work to Mr Sockart's chimney; repair the plastering in the gyp room and other jobs in Walter Esq.'s room; repairing the plaster in the sitting room and other jobs in Praxter Esq.'s room; mending windowsill in Edwards Esq.'s room; fix stove. in Harris Esq.'s room; replace stove in Mr. Walton's room; same in Mr. Sarkin's and Smethwick Esq.'s rooms; mending and jobs in staircases. Also includes payment for mortar, hair mortar, bricks, cement. Dated 20th November 1863 and signed by D. Bradwell and son.

College
Make a centre for the arch to cespools.
Bell cupola of hall. Take out old ring post work to a new oak one. Fixing from vane staff, boarding roof.
The hall staircase. Two weather boards to window and ease lashes.
Luccock's rooms. Rake up 3 floors, the sitting room, bedroom and gip room. Lay joists for new floors.
work to the skirting of rooms, 1 14 inch garnet.
F Staircase. Old Building. Mend floor and door.
Prepare and fix casings to rain water pipe 1st court next tower. Moulding.
Porter's Lodge. Board to walls of cupboard under window, lay floor. Mend door knobs to the cupboard, mend floor in other room and fix shelf.

August 17th: Prepare and fix new bearers for the cistern. Fix a new roof to above, take down seats for alteration of pipes and attend on the plumbers.
August 24th: work continued. Prepare and fix a top to and make a lid to enclose cistern. Cutting fallen tree and work to the close. Mend the wheel of barrow of the Fellows Garden. Shore up the tree in the 3rd (Third) Court for fixing irons to.
The College:
November 1858: Mend the Table in (Hall?) and fix the brackets on door. Mans time, nails, screws.
14th December 1858: Make and fix in a model for parts of the stove in the Hall for casting.
February 1859: Mend the combination room floor. Fix block in staircase for (?). Buttery 3ft () 5/7 deal for wine packing.
30th July: Mr Westmorlands. Repair the skylight frame, fix fixing to ceilings and repair boarding to the roof. Deal, nails, screws, mens time. Fix fastenings on the buttery door
Kitchen:
Repair plate ran, rehang cupboard door in larder, make and fix a foot board under the dresser.
Bill for carpentry work, received by the Master and Fellows of Jesus College from Geoffrey Bradwell. Total payment £86 13s 2d. Including payment for boarding the partition and fixing the skirting in the Master's Lodge. Work to the college: building a new water closet, fixing new roof to the Wood house yard, mending doors, mending floor of passage to Fellow's Garden and floor of hall, installing ventilating shades, building a linen cupboard, fixing skirting, take up Hall floor and wainscot for gas fitters, make a model for a stove, fixing a new casement, mending coal bin, repairing the Cornice gutter in the cloisters, fitting cupboards in gyp rooms in I and F staircases, mending door in staircase no. 8 and 4, laying a new floor in the Stewards Hall and mend floor and table. Work to the courts: repairing the fence next to and in the paddock, make good the fence to the wood house yard, mend a door in the loft, work to the young men's, servants, fellows and porters water closets, mend pump casing, mend fence next to the Common and lay a new plate to the out place.
