Schedule A (payment of £1 4 1/2d) labelled 'Cox' and Schedule B (2s 6d) labelled 'Richings', presumably tenants. Total payment of £1 2s 10 1/2d, made by the Master of Jesus College. Dated 17th March 1865 and signed by J. Cooke, the collector.
