John, son of Robert Hubert, of Cambridge, to his father and mother, Robert and Sabina, for their joint lives in survivorship: the land he had by feoffment of Geva Key in the parish of All Saints by the Castle; a tenement beyond the bridge, given him by Reginald de Alderheye, next the land of Robert Saman, in the lane leading to the King's ditch; a tenement in the parish of St Clement, formerly belonging to William Bulling, given to him by Margaret, daughter of Gilbert; a tenement in the same parish next the land of William, son of Yvo; a rent of 6d, which he was granted by Henry Nadun out of a tenement of Bartholomew le noble in Great St Mary's. He also quitclaims a messuage formerly belonging to Walter Bannoc at Chesterton and 2 acre 1/2 rood of land there. Also 1 acre in Cambridge fields near Huntingdon Road. Witnesses: John Porthors, Richard, son of Laurence, Reginald Warin, Denis Clerk, John Martin, Simon Baker, Thomas Plote, Bartholomew Goggyng et aliis.
