Interior work includes: interior work etc in front kitchen; removal of cupboards and making good cement; taking up kitchen floor sleepers and putting in joists and sleepers; boarding floor and making good ceiling and top joists where required.
Exterior work includes: repairing roof slating, cementing, cleaning out gutters etc at Mr Harvey and Mr Newberry's houses; making area in front below the kitchen with 9 in brick and Portland cement floor, 9 in edgeways iron airbricks; excavating etc; making, fixing, and painting new piece of wrought iron fence to the end of fence; repairing front fence with new plates and rivets; repairing roof of WC in garden with new slates and cement; repairing roof and front boards of garden shed. Total cost £36 1s.
