Receipt for total of £25 8s to Mr Bidwell for: purveyance of an estate in the parish of St Andrew the Less occupied by Messrs Moyes and Mr Hudson, and drawing up a plan of that estate; valuating the estate occupied by Messrs Moyes worth £106 0s 11d, now let to Mr Hudson, estimating rental value at £302 9s, recommending alteration and improvements to the buildings, and that the building let by Mr Hudson should go with the farm. £40 of alterations needed due to dilapidation of buildings, to be paid by Moyes; purveyors decided that the coprolites in the pasture Close in Coldhams Lane were worth nearly £200 per acre; Mr Moyes (tenant) offered £150 per acre and to restore the land. examining lease of farm let to Mrs Gifford, inserting proper covenants for alteration and management, returning the lease certified to Merrs Francis & Co; preparing 2 plans of farm for lease and counterpart, forwarding it to Messrs Francis Webster and Riches.
