Parties: (1) Jesus College, (2) Jeremiah Barker. A piece of land adjoining Christ's College pieces to the south and premises belonging to Edward Thompson towards the north [now 96 King Street and 2 Pikes Walk] abutting upon a public footroad to the west and upon a garden in the occupation of Messrs Hopkins and Broadbelt towards the east.
The land was sometime since a fence ditch separating the pasture from Edward Thompson's premises, and it was filled up by Jeremiah Baker at his own expense, and upon it has erected a dwelling house with offices and a brick wall on the south side of it.
Also that fence ditch separating Christs Piece from Stoky's Almshouses extending east to the Foot Road and west to premises belonging to John Foster
