Receipt for various repairs and building works carried out in the Master's Lodge in June 1875 by Walter Flack (Snr), plumber glazier and painter, formerly of 6 Silver Street, now at 26 St Andrews Street. Total cost £21 6s 6d. Works include:
- Cleaning and varnishing sashes in drawing room, bedroom
- Knotting and priming sashes in drawing room
- Painting new beading on windows in bedroom and study
- Installing, knotting, priming, and painting new sash inside green bedroom
- Knotting, priming, graining, and varnishing sash in dressing room and bedroom
- Cleaning and painting work around windows in large hall
- Washing and whitening ceiling and walls to kitchen, pantry, skullery, larder, and cellar, and mending with plaster
- Washing and whitening ceiling of state room and ceiling and walls of entrance lobby and housekeeper's room
- Cleaning down and polishing part of the clothes horse steps
