Document One:
The Manor of Hundon ‘Received the 17th Day of October 1783 of the Master and fellows of Jesus Colledge in Cambridge by the payment Matthew Halls the sum of 2s 2d for one year’s quit Rent Due at Michaelmas Last past. Signed J[?] Wright.

Document Two:
Bill and receipt for work done at Hundon Parsonage 1783 by mason Thomas Summers on 10 July 1783. Including:

5 Days work 2 Men, 13s 4d
1 Day myself, 1s 8d
10 Pan Tiles, 1s 8d
12 Bush[es] Limes, 6s
3 Bush[es] Hair, 2s
Amounting to £1 4s 8d

Received 7th April 1783 of Matthew Halls £9 14s, for the 3rd and 4th quarterly payment of land Tax. Also 12s 9d for ‘lights’. Signed by James Mills, collector.
