Bill for painting and maintenance work done to the college and to Mr Westmorland's rooms. Addressed to the Master and Fellows of Jesus College and paid to W. & G. Flack. Total payment equals £11 15s 6d, and includes payment for priming and painting cisterns and ironwork in the water closets; washing and whitening the walls and ceiling and touching up the wainscot in the Combination Rooms; repairing and painting outside and inside work in the Young Men's water closet; painting new linen cupboard in the buttery; priming and painting new panels to the three doors in staircase E and new top to coal bin in staircase D; washing, whitening, plastering and painting with Oil ceiling in the Servant's Hall. Also includes payment for work at Mr Westmorland's, including: putting up sheets for protecting paper; washing and whitening ceiling and centre ornament in sitting room; revarnishing and touching up maple work in room; washing and whitening ceiling in ante room, bedroom and gyp room; revarnishing doors, frame and skirting; marbling and varnishing the sideboard; cleaning down and repainting usual work in gyp room and skylight over sills.
