It is unclear if this should be catalogued under 31 or 32 Jesus Lane as the tenements don't correspond to the modern houses. The area covered by the lease is described as follows *"All those their two tenements with a garden thereunto and adjoining then in the occupation of and also one other tenement then lately erected and built upon the same place where a stable formerly stood and was then in occupation of James Bullman with all and singular the appurtenances situate lying and being in a certain lane called Jesus Lane aforesaid between the tenement late in the tenure or occupation of Thomas Collet towards the east and a tenement late in the occupation of Ann Gunton widow towards the west
