Parties: (1) Messrs George Burling Wright and Arthur Charles Lofts, the Executors acting under the will of the late William Wright and Mr Alfred Morrell to (2) Mr James Pawson Saul. Assignment of a messuage or tenement and premises No. 15 Park Street for the residue of the term of 40 years from 29th September 1886 at the apportioned yearly rents of £1 10s 0d for the first 26 years and £3 12s 6d for the residue of the said time
