Assignment of a messuage or tenement and premises No. 15 Park Street for the residue of the term of 40 years from 29th September 1886 at the apportioned yearly rents of £1 10s 0d for the first 26 years and £3 12s 6d for the residue of the said time

Parties: (1) Mrs Kate E. Symonds, (2) Jesus College. Surrender. James Pawson Saul died in 1911 and left No. 15 to his wife Mary Ann. She died in 1915 and left the property to Kate Symonds
