Paid £10 19s for a day self employed in making the survey of Gravel Pit Closes for the Master, chain leader and expenses, one day employed in making and finishing up plan on large scale, a days attendance at the Lodge and drawing out the plan and taking up the boundaries of the parishes. All done on instruction by Mr. Hustler. Note at the end reads 'general account 1st bill for looking at property with Mr. Hustler which it was thought might be eligible for the College to purchase'.
