Account book kept by Edward Morgan, Dean, containing: on the flyleaf, an account of the sinking fund begun in 1869 to repay money borrowed for the Waterhouse Building; accounts of the Waterhouse Building; accounts of work in 1875 on the Hall, kitchens, new staircase, servant's hall, lecture room and muniment room; decoration and furnishing of the Combination Room; account of the sinking fund; accounts of the building of the houses [North House and East House]; general statement of the Building Fund, 1883-85; and other accounts, indexed alphabetically. At p. 155 are notes on the college properties at West Wratting and Little Abington; lands at the latter were exchanged for some at W. Wratting at the time of the enclosure, 1809. The "Valley Fund" (relating to W. Wratting) was charged with payments to fellows in lieu of dividends on fines, so that the leases could be allowed to run out.
